Glooscap Hot Dogs Agility Act
Come see a dog show by the Glooscap Hot Dogs Agility and Performance group beginning at 1:30pm. The show lasts about 45 minutes followed by a meet & greet with the dogs and their trainers.
Cow Milking Competition
Watch and laugh as familiar faces of the municipality
like Kings County Warden Brothers, Kentville Mayor Corkum and MLA for Kings North Jim Morton compete for bragging rights in the art of goat milking. The competition begins no earlier than
2:15 PM
Goods and Services Auction
Sign up for your paddle early and bid on a wide range of items such as lawn care
services and products, pet foods, shrubs, crafts,birdhouses, auto services, food, pub and
restaurant vouchers, green fees, firewood and much more! The auction will start no earlier
than 3:00 PM

Pantry Sale
A selection of homemade brown bread, cookies, pickles, pies and jams - Yum! Another
popular attraction that sells out quickly.
Children's Games
As usual we have a variety of games to entertain the kiddies like coin toss, throw a ring
around a duck, bursting balloons, fish pond, spin to win and sucker pull. As well as
games there will be balloon animals tied on the spot by one of our entertainers, Bob Deveaux.
Horse and Hay Rides
Hay rides have always been a much beloved activity at the Harvest Fair for kids young
and old. This year we will also be offering rides on horseback.
Petting Zoo
Our local 4-H club will be on hand with a varitety of farm animals for the kids to enjoy.
Archery Shoot
Join in the competition for the coveted golden arrow awarded to the best archer under
twelve and the best over 13 years of age. If you have never shot an arrow before,
don't despair, Gordon Porter will be there to assist you.
Barbecued Chicken Supper
A 1/2 BBQ chicken will be served with potato salad, tomato/cucumber, fresh roll, tea, coffee or apple cider. Eat in or take-out at the community hall, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
